Changzhou tongchuang composite materials limited company is profession to produce the SMC\BMC and molding products and can traces back to 1989. Up to now it is already a far and wide famous high-technique private enterprise.
　　The company is located in the west of the changzhou city, get close to 312 National Freeway and Hu Ning highway. It covers more than 30,000 square meters, building area is more than 15000 square meters. With an excellent enterprise management and spirit of striving for excellence, we have already successively acquired ISO9001:2000 standard certificate, province, city, area 3-rate government distribute of the high-technique enterprise certificate.
　　We are China FRP association member, China electric appliances industry association high voltage switch member. Cooperated with the famous Jiangsu Polytechnic University, we not only establish complete physics and chemistry laboratory, but also share test instrument equipments and test method standard. This strengthens our power in developing new product, new material and new crafts.
We were endowed the import and export license by the ministry of forging trade and economic corporation. Nowadays our insulation material, auto parts, pump parts, aircraft parts have been exported to many countries, such as America, Singapore, India and Portugal.
　　We have already owned about 20 sets 100~1000 ton full-automatic press machines now, the year produce ability reaches 500000 sets. For satisfying customers` variety needs, we provide a line of good ex- after-sales service, we can design and develop Molding tools; produce bmc/smc compound; do the molding; and after-processing (cutting, drilling, paint and assembly) etc. and provide technique support.
There are three SMC material production lines, the width of the SMC is 0.5~1 meter, which produce more than 10000 tons per year and four BMC material production lines. The SMC BMC materials have already acquire the United States UL certification (file number: E319234), RoHS standard (euro environment standard).
There is a whole set of CNC equipments which can reprocess the 2000 ﹡ 1000 ﹡ (3~30) mm SMC board, according to customer drawing request.
